Order operations, end to end

Purchase orders arrive by email or EDI and are read, checked against your price lists and contracts, and turned into confirmations, packing slips, and invoices. Exceptions stop for a human. Clean orders don't.

Money that reconciles

Distributor sales reports, commission statements, tax by jurisdiction, early-payment terms, and the sync into your accounting system. Every figure traces back to the document that produced it.

Integrations you already depend on

QuickBooks Online, EDI networks, distributor portals, and your shared mailboxes. We connect them with narrow, audited adapters so a change on their side is a one-file fix on ours.

How we work

Correctness is the product.

Order operations touch real money, so the platform is built like it. Rules are written down before code, tested against your real documents, and changed only with the spec.

Spec first
Business rules live in plain-language specifications that the code implements line for line. If the spec and the software disagree, that's a bug we fix, not a judgment call.
Human gates on money
Sending an invoice, posting to accounting, or releasing an EDI document waits for a person's approval until you decide otherwise, one switch at a time.
Nothing unexplained
Every state change writes an audit event. Any order, invoice, or commission can be traced to who did what and why.
Run, not handed off

Novogn is run by Garrett Williams, who spent a decade in security and systems engineering before building operations software for his own distribution business. Novogn exists to bring that same tooling to other small suppliers: one engineer who knows your orders, your books, and your code, instead of three vendors who each know a third.
